Welcome to the Shrived Organik website. These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of our storefront catalog, customer accounts, and ordering interfaces. By browsing the site or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Product Catalog & Medical Classifications

Our products include classical Ayurvedic formulations, guggulus, arishtas, churnas, and organic supplements. Certain formulations are categorized as 📄 Rx Required. You agree not to attempt to checkout these products without attaching a valid Ayurvedic physician prescription in your cabinet.

2. Payment Verification Policy

We operate direct UPI and Bank Transfer payment systems. You agree to submit genuine 16-character alphanumeric Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) numbers generated by your banking app. Submitting duplicate, fake, or invalid UTR numbers to bypass verification is treated as fraudulent activity and will result in automatic order cancellation and account suspension.

3. Accuracy of Sourcing & Disclaimers

While we maintain rigorous HPLC-fingerprinting and ICP-MS heavy-metal testing protocols, statements concerning formulations on this site have not been evaluated by clinical regulatory agencies (such as the FDA). You agree to consult a health professional before starting any herbal schedule.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines (3-7 business days) are estimates. We are not liable for packages delayed due to courier logistics issues or incorrect address pins entered during checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shrived Organik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform, including but not limited to adverse reactions from Ayurvedic formulations used contrary to practitioner advice, delays or losses caused by third-party courier partners, or loss of data due to device failure or browser cache clearing. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of your specific order.

6. Account Termination

Shrived Organik reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you: submit fraudulent or duplicate UTR payment references, attempt to checkout Rx-required products without a valid prescription, engage in abusive or harassing communication with our support team, or violate any of these Terms. Termination does not affect any ongoing dispute resolution or refund process already initiated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Shrived Organik platform — including product formulations, HPLC test report images, brand identity assets, blog articles, and application UI — is the exclusive intellectual property of Shrived Organik. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use any content without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
